When you request a free preview, we collect your name, email address, which state you work in, your answers to our questions, and whether we may use your public photo in your private preview. We also record which part of the site you started from.

How we use it

We use your answers to make your preview, to look up public professional information about you, and to contact you about your preview. We don’t sell your information. Sending the form does not sign you up for marketing.

Where it goes

Form submissions are received and stored by our website host and passed to our own working files so we can prepare your preview.

Cookies and analytics

This site doesn’t currently use advertising cookies or analytics. Your browser may keep your unfinished form answers until you close the tab.
